| Bio:
Peter is currently Global Head of Marketing within BT's Financial
Services Sector, the unit of BT that manages the day-to-day
relationships with key Financial Services companies across
the Globe.
One of the key areas of Peter's work for the past five years
has been building BT's Agile Bank facility ¨C which provides
the Finance industry with a demonstration on how new technology
and applications can practically been deployed into a retail
banking environment, exploring how costs can be reduced but
whilst enhancing the consumer experience. Providing a vision
of how retail banks can adapt their Multi-Channel Strategies
balancing Online, face2face and the Contact Centre ensuring
that Banks can enhance the customer experience further.
Peter has worked closely with a wide range of Industry suppliers
and clients across the globe in ensuring that BT's solutions
are at the forefront of technology whilst also through extensive
research matching both client and consumer needs.
Peter studied International Marketing at both Sheffield University
and the Southern Danish Business School graduating in 1995.
He joined BT after graduation and has worked in a variety
of Sales, Product and Marketing roles across the BT Group.
