| Bio:
Chen Yuhua is the Manager of Sales and Business Development,
in TNT Direct Marketing Services (TNT DMS), especially focuses
on Financial Services direct marketing services, and the leader
of TNT DMS's banking insurance vertical.
Yuhua holds academic degrees from Tsinghua Univ and London
School of Economics. He accumulated Direct Marketing knowledge
and experience within both, the DM Services Industry and at
the clients' side, at Citi Group within the Direct Marketing
department. Besides that, he run his own internet venture
for two years.
Within the financial service industry, Chen Yuhua is particularly
active in internet arena, developing business growth, customer
leads generation as well as customer acquisition solutions
for major banks and insurance firms, through the combination
of mail, tele, and internet channels. Currently he and his
team are developing long term customer acquisition and management
systems for some of the largest companies in China market.
